Modanista is an Australian retailer specialising in premium men's suits and formalwear. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Modanista.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier. Modanista is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order provided they are:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused.
• In their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returned with the original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been altered, damaged, or worn cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours and images are accurate. Due to different screen settings, actual colours may vary slightly.

All content on this website, including logos, photographs, graphics, text and designs, is owned by or licensed to Modanista and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modanista will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
