Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer service team within 10 days of your purchase date by email at info@modanista.com.au.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your bank or payment provider.
